Since we are acting as an independent investment adviser, Davidson Capital Management, Inc. receives no compensation from any custodian or commission from any broker on any investment transaction.  Investment fees charged are based upon the market value of the assets managed.  Utilizing a fee based approach; Davidson Capital Management, Inc. sits on the same side of the table as our clients.  An independent custodian is used for the depositing of client assets and is maintained separately from our company.

 Fees are paid quarterly in advance.   Clients that invest in mutual funds should understand that each mutual fund manager charges fees and expenses to manage the client's assets that are in addition to the investment management fees charged by Davidson Capital Management, Inc.  The fees and expenses charged by each mutual fund manager are beyond the control of Davidson Capital Management, Inc.  Additional transaction fees to purchase or sell individual mutual funds may be incurred.

Horizon Income Assured Account

Thereafter 0.25% of Assets
