Client Reporting Instructions
In order for clients to view their reports please follow these steps:
Contact us at (361) 906-0070 or (800) 275-2162 to obtain a Client ID and Password in order to access your reports.
After you receive your confidential Client ID and Password, return to this page of the website and click on the link at the top of this page “Click Here To Log On To Client Reports”. The Log On Screen will appear and you will type in your Client ID and Password you were given and then click OK. The Client ID and Password are not case sensitive. (After accessing your reports for the first time, we encourage clients to change their password. Please write down the new password for future reference.)
Please note that the link “Click Here To Go To The Schwab Alliance Web Site” requires a different Client ID & Password to access their services. Please contact us to set up your account through the Schwab Alliance Web Site.
The reports are provided in HTML format, which is an Internet language. Any standard Internet browser may be used to view the Reports.
